2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the online sale of the CiteScan audit offered on citescan.brozapi.com. They apply to any purchase by a consumer or professional customer.
3. Product and price
Single offer, in euros including VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code):
- CiteScan — Full audit: €29 one-time. Includes the 4 deep technical checks, citation detection on 15 Perplexity queries, a prioritized action plan, PDF report (10-15 pages) and private HTML page. Delivery within 24 business hours.
Displayed prices may change at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of order.
4. Order and payment
Orders are placed via the Stripe payment button on the /en/offer page. The customer provides a valid email address used for delivery. Payment is immediate and secured by Stripe (credit card). No card data is stored by CiteScan.
5. Delivery
The audit is delivered by email, to the address provided at checkout, within 24 business hours. The report includes a PDF (10-15 pages) and a link to the private HTML report page (tokenized, non-indexable URL).

6. Commercial guarantee — 7-day money-back
CiteScan offers a commercial "satisfied or refunded" guarantee of 7 calendar days from payment, in addition to the legal right of withdrawal below. Email contact@brozapi.com; full refund, no justification required.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, under article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content (PDF report, HTML page) provided immediately after the order, provided the customer has expressly consented to the supply starting before the end of the withdrawal period and has expressly waived this right at checkout.
8. Liability and warranties
CiteScan is a technical audit to help with visibility in AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity). It does not constitute legal advice, certification, or a guarantee of citations. The customer remains solely responsible for implementing the recommendations.
CiteScan's liability can only be engaged in case of proven contractual breach, and is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
9. Intellectual property
All content, code, designs, documents and trademarks of CiteScan remain the exclusive property of Franck Barrin / Vizinote. The purchase grants the customer a strictly personal and non-transferable right of use.
10. Personal data
Data collected (email, audited site URL) is used for delivery, support and purchase-related communications. It is kept for 24 months from the last contact or purchase. Details: privacy policy.
11. Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L.612-1 and L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, after contacting CiteScan at contact@brozapi.com and failing a satisfactory response within 30 days, the consumer customer may refer the matter free of charge to the mediator:

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
